Call our Returns Hotline toll free at (877) 240-4041 or email [email protected] in order to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. If you choose to email, be sure to include your order number and the SKU number of the item you are returning. -
Fill out the Return Information Sheet provided in your package (Click here to print a copy of the Return Information Sheet). Be sure to include the RMA number. Packages returned without this number will not be processed. -
Include your packing slip and all original documentation with your merchandise (you may want to make a copy of your packing slip for yourself). -

Your packing slip and Return Information Sheet must accompany your return. -
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. -
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. -
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. -
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. -
We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 10 days of receiving your return. -
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
